Our Curriculum 

Our Physical Education curriculum is designed to support the physical, social , and emotional development of all students through engaging, inclusive, and age appropriate activities. We aim to instill lifelong healthy habits by promoting fitness, teamwork and personal growth.

K-5 Physical Education Program

  • Develop basic motor skills through sports movements.

  • Engage in cooperative play using simple sports games.

  • Practice hand-eye coordination

  • Celebrate progress and participate in friendly competitions.

Grades 6-8 Physical Education Program

  • Build endurance and teamwork.

  • Develop strategic thinking through team sports.

  • Focus on refining techniques and sportsmanship.

  • Improve coordination and agility through multi-sport activities.

  • Establish fitness baselines and explore key sports skills.

  • Apply tactical thinking in fast-paced sports scenarios.

  • Strengthen team collaboration and leadership skills.

  • Evaluate performance and set personal goals for improvement.
